Title: Name and Number in UM-SMTP

Is there a way to get the name and number of the caller in the UM-SMTP email header? I get the number now, but the customer is more concerned with names.

Update: External names are not supported at this time. It was suggested that I open a DCR.

Side note - Has anyone tried to open a DCR on a current release lately? I don't see anything more recent than 2 releases old in there.
