Title: Multi Level Auto Attendant

How can i make a Multi level auto attendant do a auto dial.  Example : Thanks you for calling if you know the extension please dial it now.

If using an MLAA and I want to be able to XFR to an Extension or use the Company directory, I will add that to the end of the otions greeting, for example:
For Sales, press 1
For Service, press 2
To dial an extension or use our company directory, press 9

In MLAA MB 9 = VM HG DN
