Title: Vx Works doesnot work

Guys in my previous topic I mentioned that when I power up the Mitel 3300 Cxi the only two led that are continuously on is the alarm and the power. Both remains red. Doesnot flicker at all.
Connect my laptop to the serial port to see what info I can see on the Vx Works, but I am not getting anything. Connect my laptop to another switch to make sure that my setting on the serial port is correct, but on the other switch I am getting Vx Works info.

Can someone help with some info what might or what is defect?

Sounds like a bad drive or bad boot parameters

If you plug into the serial port before powering up, then power up the controller, do you see the boot info and POST tests? If not, more than likely your controller (or perhaps just the power supply) is bad.
