Title: transfer out no dtmf

I have  a metal ax controller  that  isn't allowing my  callers to enter in  dtmf on an external numbers auto attendant.  we had  an sx-200 lite installed  before and it was doing it on that system as well.

Not understanding what you are asking. Maybe supervised transfer is effecting your issue.
