Title: mitel 5000 and an attendent console

can someone explain to me what this is for and how it connects to the mitel 5000? it is software with a usb drive.

Markdevoll,

The Attendant Console is a software package that connects to the 5000 via IP on port 4000 and is normally used by Operators to handle calls more efficiently, but it doesn't have a USB Drive it is a USB Dongle used for licensing.
