I have to be missing something here. When a caller tries to log into their mailbox by pressing * during the greeting nothing happnes. After the greeting plays you hear the login prompts. If a caller presses # to skip the message nothing happens either. The FCOS bit to ignore DTMF tones is not enabled. NPM 7 on MAS.

So, if they disable the greeting it should work? Or do I have to take the FCOS but away?
