Title: Recorded Messages

Is there a way to upload pre-recorded messages for ACD groups?

For example, my boss is considering having professionally recorded messages for our company. If you dial our main number, currently you hear "Welcome to Company X, your call may be recorded for quality assurance. Press 1 for this, press 2 for this, etc." Right now, we record the message, can we upload a file as the message for ACD groups or  main answer point messages?

Assuming you're using embedded VM for the Auto Attendant and RAD's, yes, you can use the System Audio Files Update form to upload properly formatted .wav files.
