Got a dept in the school which uses an information line Mailbox to provide messages to Students.
Dept has just reported it is not working and I cannot work out why.
We have a mailbox number set up and assigned to a Dummy mailbox number.
The problem is you can dial the external no. for the information line but it does not allow you to change the message.
Is an Information Line Mailbox amended differently? It's been over three years since I set this up and cannot remember the steps.

It seems to me I remember once having to change it to a standard mailbox, rerecord the greeting and then change it back.

Yip that works a treat, thanks.
It did not work initially and Mitel suggested moving it off onto a different circuit.
Went to the Analog Set Assignment and moved from 1 to 2.
Repeated the process with mailbox and extension and works perfectly.
