Title: Find time and originating extension on voicemail

Hi Folks,

Just recently installed a Mitel 3300 with Nupoint Server at customer.
 Every thing working fine but when customer retreives internal voicemail from another extension..the only info available when customer presses 7 is message and time stamp. 
  Customer also wants to know originating extension or name.
 Is this an option that I have not checked in some form?
