Title: Outbound SIP Fast Busy

MCD 4.1 – SIP Trunks

Customer reports fast busy when calling one specific number.

Carrier provided packet capture with message header showing PBX Max-Forwards set to 26.

Carrier wants PBX Max-Forwards set to a minimum value of 70 to resolve the issue.

I can’t find anything set to 26 in the COS or SIP Peer or TRNK ATT. Any ideas???

Trunks -> SIP -> SIP Peer Profile -> Signaling and Header Manipulation tab

Set (Force Max-Forward: 70 on outgoing Calls) to YES

Try that.
