Title: Oaisys: How do you see "Live Calls"?

Hello Fellow Mitel Techs,
I was curious what configuration I'm missing that would deny me from seeing "Live Calls"? Below is a screen shot of the 999 user that has calls showing up:

And below is a screen shot is the 998 user that has access to the "Live Call's" tab but no calls are showing up:

I have verified in the areas I'm aware of, that the settings match, but I know I'm missing something somewhere.

Any information on where to look or go would be great!

**UPDATE**
After monkeying around for a bit I found what was wrong. For those interested.....

Basically when you click on "Sales Team" for example you can have a different set of values of "Allow and Deny" as opposed to say for example "Sales Extensions".

Once I set all correctly, it tested good!
