I have a small contract centre using ACD hunt groups.  They love that when they are all busy they can see a call but they would like to get rid of the short ring that comes with it. 

Is there a way to remove the audio notification but not the visual one on the LCD?

Hershel,

Have you tried to turn off the Hunt Group Camp-On Audio Indications flag under station flags for those phones? They should still get station camp-on tones, but they shouldn't get tones for when callers are camped onto the Hunt Group.

I was reading the programming manual and it seemed like it could do it but whenever I looked through the flag on only saw the one that completely disables the Camp-on indications.  Some how did notice that there was a Hunt Group Camp-On flag too.
