Hi
have just taken on a CS5200 system and would like to know what version software i can upgrade it to as it is on version 3 at the moment

If you do not hold the AMC record, only 3.0... You cannot change the licensing without holding the AMC application record. Otherwise you can take them to the current version of 6.0 SP3 if their CF card is large enough (at least 1GB). If it is just a 512MB card, I believe the highest you can go is 4.0
