Title: Class of Service and Class of Restriction

Hi All

I'm hoping people can help me with this, I need to increased Wrap time for agents to Ten Minutes and take off restrictions on international dialing, can anyone help me with how i go about this,  I believe it's via changes on YourSite to COS and COR but currently I've had no Mitel training yet and need to make the changes today if possible so any help woudl be greatgfully recieved

do you have extensions that already have this type of permissions and timers.
Easiest would be to make the same COS/COR as an existing user.

We don't unfortunately so i will need to set up a new COS and COR is this done on MCD?

Yes this is done on the MCD.

If you have no experience on the system I wouldn't normally recommended you do it.
