Title: ring no answer on a 5330 set on a mitel 3300

how can i change the rings on a mitel set so it rings longer? i dont want to change the whole system just one set.

This is all controlled by Class of Service.

If you copy the phones current COS to a blank entry, and then modify the new one, assigning the phone to use the new COS along the way, it should work for you.
