Title: Old Intetel phone playing hold music will not turn off please help

Some how a person turned on the hold music to play thru their phone when the phone is hung up.  They can not turn it off nor can I.  Help....   The phone is an old intertel 8500.

Default feature code for background music is 313.

I tried 313.  Do i have to push something before 313?
