Title: Mitel 3300 AX System Admin Mailbox

I have a new install, and when I go to log into the system admin. mailbox to change the extension length, the system tells me that it is not configured to support this option.
I cannot log into the mailbox at all.  Any suggestions, ideas would be appreciated.

New installs of later software now require you to go into the VM Options form and set the tech/admin/manager passcodes before you can manage it.
