Title: Phones not forwarding to a phantom extension in a hunt group.

Here's what we've got.

92004 trunk> Star table 2652>CRA 2509 immediate timeout to > Hunt Group 2000, ring ext. 1021 first, if no answer after 12 seconds, next ring ext. hunt group members ext.1021 and 3006.

Problem is 3006 is a phantom extension...its actually a cell phone and no matter what we do we can't get the cell phone to ring.

We've tried playing with dynamic extension and such with no luck.

Any advice?

Hunt groups don't follow forwards to outside numbers.  If you must get calls to go to that number, make it the recall destination for the group.  Note that there will not be answer supervision, call is there to stay, unless you use dynamic extension for the phantom.
