When calls are being answered by auto attendant, sometimes lines are not being disconnected when caller hangs up and no option is chosen by the caller. We'll need to unplug the analog line from the back of the controller and plug it back in to free up the line. Thinking it might be a timer that can be adjusted?

Have you made sure you are getting a positive disconnect from the carrier?

Also make sure that DIGIT TRANSLATION for TIMEOUT is set to HANGUP.
