Title: CSM 6.1.1 Client Apps on Windows 8.1

Has anyone got RealViewer, Reporter Pro etc working on Windows 8.1?

The application starts but gives an error saying it cannot read the database.

Try setting up Attendant Console. If that works you know you have a good OAI connection. Do you have Phone Manager running on this machine too.

We have resolved this now.
Just corrupt files!
