Title: Call Pickup Question

My question is, is the pickup possible for an IC call that doesn't ring but instead comes over the speakerphone?

My guess is no since the system probably considers that call answered.

You are correct, can't pick up an answered call.  Same would be true if you answered the handset, can't pick up unless call is on hold or ringing.

You could use the barge and steal features, never used them myself but I'm assuming this would work.

NTEDave,

Those features are only for a Supervisor of a Hunt Group against that groups members.
