Title: COS - call hold timer - different for local and outside calls?

Hi guys,

For a specific class of service, the value for "Call hold timer" is 600 (10 min).  When a call comes from outside our voip network, the timer works as intended.  When a call comes from our mitel network, the timer is 60 seconds?

How can I make sure the timer is 600 seconds for both local and outside calls?

Check the COS of your trunks.

yup, trunks were using a different COS.
