Title: Busy Lamp Key on 5550 IP Console

Hello,

How do I program Busy Lamp Keys on 5550 IP console?
Do I have to program all extensions in PKM in order to have the extensions to be available in 5550 IP console?

yes you need to have the extension programmed as a BLF on the system somewhere.

Normally I will program a phantom/dummy phone with PKM and program all the extensions as DSS/BLF on there so it is available to the 5550 IP
