Title: Mivoice Lync Plugin

We have Micollab installed for integration with MS Lync 2013, the lync plugin installs but a login box is not appearing within the Lync plugin and the client says Mivoice Initializing this is happening on windows 8.1 machines, when tested with windows 7 the plugin prompts the user for a username and password and the integration with link works fine.  does anyone know why this is happening on windows 8.1 machines?
