Title: Straight to Email

Hi,

I'm looking to create a user or device that doesnt actually ring anywhere, but goes straight to voicemail...which goes straight to email.

Any help is appreciated!

Simply program a hunt group with no members then reroute it to VM.

Thanks for the reply.

We use NuPoint for voice messaging...is that just an extra call routing?

It doesn't matter what VM you use.
Treat the mailbox like any other mailbox except for the message waiting type - set to none.
Then forward the messages to email like you would in any other box.

When you create the hunt group in the 3300, go the cal call reroute form and assign a 2 in the 1st alternative.
