Hi Everyone
System: Mitel 3300
Can someone please point me in the correct direction, we have a user with DDI and extension number.
His ddi is a speed call number pointing to his actual number.
The issue is, if he is busy or logout and someone tries to call him... they are transferred to reception
How can I stop this from happening, any ideas?

First place I would check is your Call Reroute form.
Find the extension number and see if 1st Alt is different to most others.
Could also have some sort of forwarding set.
Try 'LOCATE FEAT EXT xxx' (where xxx is the extension number) in the maintenance commands.
