Title: Phone Stuck Downloading

Hello,

I have a newer Mitel 5330e phone that's been working at a location for a few weeks now. Another person was using this desk and unhooked the phone for whatever reason and now when the phone got plugged back in it goes through the normal boot process but it gets stuck at "downloading 1370" The phone shouldn't need to download anything so I'm at a loss. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Most likely the firmware on the phone is corrupt.

You can try factory defaulting it.  Unplug the phone and plug it back in while holding the down arrow key.  When configure phone comes up on the display select Yes.  Then select no no no etc. until you get to Tools and Features..select yes.  Then select no no no etc until you get to Restore Defaults, select yes.  Follow the prompts and the phone will reset.
