Title: Softphone extension & DID dead after closing client

We have implemented a 3 user softphone office for remote sales users.

Three users have laptops running X-Lite.  Calls can be made and received without issue.  DID's have been associated to the end-user extensions.

When laptops are powered off;
- Calling the extension from another softphone results in failed to establish call
- Calling the DID from an outside line results in a number no longer in service message

We are at a loss as to how to provision these devices so that they ring to voicemail if the softphone is not connected.

Have you configured call rerouting on these extensions? Do unanswered calls go to voicemail when the laptops are on?
