Title: PrairieFyre assigning groups for a report

I need to run a voice queue report but there are no groups to choose in the Reorts tab for the queue reports. How do I configure groups for style of report in PrairieFyre? I can see that other reports have groups to choose from.

You need access to Your Site Explorer and create your Queue Groups in there.
