Title: 3300 software version upgrade

Now our software version is 7.1.5 13. Could any one pls help me to download the latest version and upgrade. I am novice in IPBX, step by step procedure will be appreciated.

That is really a very old version of software or very new.
I believe the latest version of software is 7.0
That would suggest that your software is very old and not compatible with the latest version of software.
I would think that you're only going to be able to upgrade to version 9.0.

I may be wrong but I don't think that version is going to be compatible with a SIP softphone.

Yes that is very old.
MCD 7 (is version 13.0.x)

You would have to purchase a SIP User license for SIP Softphone.

Upgrading is best left to someone who knows what they are doing.

Your controller may not even be able to handle the RAM upgrade to 512MB.
You also need active software assurance to be allowed the upgrade.

So even if you could get your hands on the software I don't think you will be able to upgrade easily.

Sorry this is not something a novice should be doing.
