Title: Hot Desk profile to Phone

I know you can convert a Phone to a Hot desk profile but is it possible to go the other way?

I have a hot desk profile user (with mailbox) that I want to convert into a full time phone.  Is this possible and if so how?

I have never seen this done and I cannot see how.  I would just leave it as a hot desk users, not sure why you want to go back to a fixed desk?

Hershel,

There is not a way to convert from a Hot Desk User to a Standard Phone Device. Although you can delete the Hot Desk User and the mailbox will remainl. Then you can create an new extension with the Hot Desk Users extension number and it will ask if you want to associate them or not. At this point I would just copy and paste another desk phone that works the way you want it to and has a mailbox associated with it.
