Title: Mitel 5530e Third Party Bluetooth

Hello all, we recently installed a Mitel IP Phone System, and our Receptionists do not like the Bluetooth Headset that comes with the module and were wondering what Third Party Headsets they could use. We tried a Plantronics and a Motorola, however these are designed for Mobile phones and not desk phones.

Am I right in looking for Desk Phone Headsets? And that Bluetooth's designed for Mobile phones will not work?

If you bought the headset & module combo they're DECT, not BlueTooth (I know, the little blue light fools you!). Not aware of any other compatible headsets.  There is, however a BlueTooth module available that you can use with most any device, but range is typical BlueTooth (30 ft.) instead of DECT (150 ft.).
