Title: 802.1X Question

Hello,

I'm not sure if my issue is because of new firmware when we went to 7 but my problem is with a new phone I have to enable 802.1X, and in the process of typing the username and pw everything is lowercase. My PW is uppercase and I cannot seem to find any combination that changes the letters to uppercase. Does anyone know how?

I should of noted that I have tried using the lowercase thinking maybe it doesn't matter but I get port access failure so it must. When doing this in the past when entering in the credentials the username and pw where uppercase by default.

You must hit the up arrow on the phone to make a letter uppercase.
