Does anyone have a site running MiCCM 7.1 with multiple media servers? I have one that I am trying to do agent presence across the cluster and it is failing. I get SXERR_PRIVILDGE_VIOLATION in the client when I try to change the presence of an agent that is not on my controller. It works fine locally, or if I associate my employee with someone on that MCD/Media Sever. I feel like I am getting the run around from support and I was just wondering if anyone else could test for me.

Under the security role for the users I have all of the presence options selected and no restrictions on them.

You could try adding an Extn from both systems to the account you are logging on with, The CCM invokes Mitai via the device you have attached to your profile.
