Title: Voicemail

Hi All

For some reason on our 3300 - when a voicemail is left, we get the message quite happily, then another message immediately afterwards with the phones 'voice' saying 'thankyou for leaving your message' as though the system hasn't picked up that the caller has hung up.

Anyone experienced this before?

Is this with the embedded or are you using Nupoint?

I have not had that happen to me. I will check with some of my users and let you know. I have a mix of embedded and nupoint.
