Hi,

So is there a way to end a call without having to press the hook switch?

1) pull the plug
2) say something bad about the callers mother.  (sorry - couldn't resist)  ::)

What are you trying to accomplish?  Not touching the phone?  Hands free disconnect?   Using a headset?

They would like to be able to end a call and make another call without pressing the hook switch.  I know that seems trivial but that's a feature they had before and I'm not really a fan of having to press the hook switch either.  Seems like a basic feature that's missing on the 5k.  Its' kinda like the xfer to VM on the MCD that took how many years to get.

If you have a second CALL key, just press that.
