Hello all,
I just wanted to get some info on experiences. Here's the situation:
We have a customer who on one extension (Mitel 5330e) had a wired headset, and the "headset button" along with it. They upgraded to a Mitel DECT wireless headset (Mitel Model: 50005712). Upon getting it installed and paired the headset didn't work. I then ensured the headset button was off then deleted the button as it was not needed. That still didn't correct the issue. I rebooted the phone and then it started working. Does having a "headset button" programmed and a wireless headset installed make this not work?
Just curious.
Thanks,

Its been my experience that having the headset button enabled changes the way that the DECT headset works, but never had it where simply the existence of the headset button causes problems.

A headset button with a DECT phone has always created grief for me.
