Title: Mitel 3300 AX and Call waiting with VM

Have a customer that would like to use call waiting if they choose when on a call vs. going to voice mail.
Is it an option to have both when using the embedded voice mail, and if so would one set this up in COS?

Try setting the auto campon timer in the COS of the phone to 5 seconds.
