Title: updating call routing tables

Hi,

We have a mitel 5000 system
We are currently using an Oasys netserver for call routing -- but it's going down all the time & there is no support

We would like to enter our 5000 customers phone numbers into the call routing tables.

Is there a way to upload them?

Short answer, no, not the way you want to. The only way to create a large group of numbers in the CRTs is through the DB programming interface, but with 5000 numbers it will take some time to set those up and route them.

Is there anyone you know of that would be able to write an interface that would accomplish this?

Not that I know of, but if you want to try something unsupported I could give you a secret about the database file that may help you.
