Title: Is there any way to logout the extension on the Mitel 5235 without console?

We use the below method to login a phone:

•   **2
•   then 5-DIGIT DDI (e.g. 14681)
•   then press the Red "Hold" button

However, I don't know how to logout the phone without using console (remove the MAC or delete the extension).

Is there anyway to do this?

Gkkmouse,

There should be a replace code, but since they obviously changed your install code from *** to **2 I don't know what it would be or if it is turned on.

Go to system > phone related information and look for the replace code.
