Title: Print Feature Keys for Mitel 5224 Phone w/ 3300 MCD

I'm appologizing in adavance because this is probably a re-post but I couldn't find the answer searching the forums.
Does anyone know where to print the feature key layout for a 5224 ip phone, I've done it before through the mcd but I can't remember where I did it.

The form is "multiline set key assignment".
