Title: Cannot remove user from resilient controller

Thanks for your help in advance!  I've got this bizarre problem where the user "lingers" on the resilient controller.

For example:

305-9999's home element is MCD1.  Secondary element is MCD2.  I select "Not Assigned" on the secondary element.  At this point, I still see 305-9999 on MCD2.  The error log shows:

deleteKeysForDN()->Failed to clear a key. Error: The Phone App Line Type must be selected when a Phone Application Feature is selected.

The only phone app key is the Call History.  So for me to remove 305-9999 from MCD2 is to reassign it back to MCD2, clear the Call History key then save.  Once I go back to MCD1, select "not assigned" on the secondary element, then I no longer see 305-9999 from MCD2.

System is a virtual MCD 6.0 SP1.  12.0.1.24

I think you will need to re-sync your network elements.

A sync from MCD1 to MCD2 did not clear the issues.  An htmlappupgrade from the maintenance window did show much either, other than successful.
