Title: ACD MWI

What is the easiest way to get MWI on an ACD enabled set? I have NPM MAS and I cannot get a MWI on the ACD sets for mailboxes associated with the agents. I have the set's DN listed as an alternate extension and it doesn't do anything. I am using Mitai as the MWI type for the MBs. I can dial the FAC from a set and light the ACD phones.

You should just be able to set a key on the phone to monitor the MWI for the mailbox that you are after

Is there a way to make the clear buttons on the set flash so I don't have to use a button?
