Title: Changing pager number from webview on a nupoint mailbox
Post by: ccitechpatrick on December 18, 2014, 02:40:40 AM
Is it possible to change a pager notification number from webview rather than in the TUI on a nupoint mailbox? I have a mailbox that the number needs to be changed weekly and would like to be able to do it from a web interface. I would rather not give access to npm-admin. Is this even possible?

Try the text interface via Putty SSH.

What do you mean? I have admin staff that need to change this number on a weekly basis and I am thing to make it as easy as possible. Introducing putty is not going to help, I would rather just give them access to npm-admin

You can try this:
The mailbox has to have these bits set on the FCOS:

250 Allow NP PWG View login
251 Allow NP PWG View telephone playback/record.
252 Allow NP PWG View client to change mailbox ID
289 Enable UM-SMTP
290 Enable UM-Web View
292 Enable Call Director

Once the mailbox is given the correct FCOS, you can create/modify the call director/flow by logging in to:

http:<FQDN of MSL>/npm-pwg
