Title: 2 headsets on one phone

Customer has a digital phone and want 2 headsets to be connected to one phone.  This is for training purposes.  Can this be done?  I suggest group listen or hunt group monitoring from another phone.  Thanks.

Lots of headset manufacturers offer a "y" training cable for this purpose, or you can just build one.  I usually don't connect the mic wires on the trainiers headset so the caller doesn't hear the trainer's words.
