I am trying to delete a User & Extension from the MCD, normal day-to-day function, but this time when selecting delete from the Range Programming window, the in process window just hangs, and user/extension does not get deleted. Is this an issue with the database, hard driver, controller, etc? I need to know how to correct this w/o contacting our 3rd party vendor as they charge for phone calls.

Try putting your browser in compatibility mode.

BTW: I know your VAR really well. They're a good VAR. If you're still under contract then it shouldn't be a problem giving them a call to open a maintenance ticket. Be sure to tell them you want a maintenance ticket and not a MAC so there isn't any confusion. If you no longer have a contract then yes, you will be billed.

I just got the same with IE11. Been working mostly fine for a while then this...gone back to ie 8...had enough with this ***Censored***.

Since I'm not a fan of having to lower my security options, in this case downgrading IE, to have web based software work correctly I have found that utilizing Firefox is much better. For the last couple of days I have had no issues when upgrading, or making changes to the MCDs.

I keep forgetting to mention Firefox as an option.
It's only recently that we've been able to use it.

You can use Chrome with IE tabs on older versions.

Yes, but it has exactly the same fault as IE. I can't change mailbox type in vM mailbox configuration BUT I can in user and device configuration/vmail tab....go figure. If I revert to IE8 I can change it in either place.in IE and Chrome ie tab

-Use other web browser such as Chrome or FireFox (if applicable) to access ESM
