I am trying to toggle group presence of a RG with status indication for a non-prime DN. I can make it work with a "join" and "leave" button using the 3rd party FAC, but I can't find a way to give visual indication like the Group Presence button does when you use it on a prime.

The situation is ACD Express agents with non-prime DNs that they would like to be able to make absent/present on demand.

Any ideas on how to do this? They have MiCollab and MiCCM 7.1 clients that I could use if there is any way to control from there.

How about this: use third party call forwarding to forward the line.  Then ensure that the call forwarded indication is active.
When it's forwarded it will light up but call to the RG will not be forwarded.
