Hello, I am relatively new to Mitel systems and was hoping to get some advice on a couple of alarms that flagged up on my system.
They are related to digital links and trunks but I am not sure how to resolve the issue.
Trunks

Any help would be much appreciated.

First job woul be to set your netsync source to your PLID for the pri card. Then do a dtstat read and then a dtstat clear and then see what faults come back if any.

It looks to me as if you have a down PRI.
You may want to find out what that circ is for and contact your carrier to see what they see.

Go to your digital links and find out the exact PLID of your E1 ie. 6 1 2 1. Then you can go to the maintenance command and run DTSTAT READ <PLID>. You should get something like this:
Universal E1 6 1 2 1
Link is Available ----> if you get something like "Link not available, sync not present", then check your connections and/or call your carrier.
