Title: In call timers

Hi, we have some 5360 phones. They used to display a timer to show how long the call had been in progress for on the handset. For some reason they aren't showing it anymore.

Can anyone tell me how we get it back? Thanks

What does show?  If you show both CLID name and number you lose the second line that shows time.  There's a system flag called DISPLAY CALLER ID NAME AND NUMBER...turn that off and you should get CLID top line, time second line
