Hi All,
Just wondering about some possible suggestions for the following problem:
Lately, almost every other day it seems, our staff when they use a fax machine have been dialling 911. 9 for the external line, 1 for long distance and another 1 accidentally. I have already setup a message so that when people dial 911 it says

Ralph - you had a link in a prior post ( http://www.mitelforums.com/forum/index.php?topic=88.0 (http://www.mitelforums.com/forum/index.php?topic=88.0) ) that appears to be dead. Can you re-post that info as I think it applies here...

Here is the link to the 911 Mis-dial article I wrote:
How to Stop 911 Misdials (http://www.mitelforums.com/articles/how-to-stop-accidental-911-calls.php)
For the 3300, the easiest fix is to go into the system speed dial assignment form and create a new speed dial of "911*" with an actual number of "0". Now if any one accidently dial "911-<area code><number>" they will get an error as soon as they dial the fisrt digit of the area code.
Works like PFM.
